Passion

Passion

A Poem by Agogobran
"

A poem about myself being a musician

"
The dedication behind my craft
The blood, sweat, and tears behind the music
Sadness overcomes each day that I'm awake
I don't want to die. I don't want to be sick.

I'm sorry it took me so long …
To decide who I want to be.
But don't judge me for what I do.
Look at me for who I am.

It is not me that is the music. Rather,
Myself playing; just playing a note.
I am but a man in love with a thing
Please don't end my suffering.

The passion that is me thrives in you
I belong to nothing but it's what I do.
Pulse races with each strum
I am the guitar man, not the man with a drum.
