HermitA Poem by iTryToWriteAllTheTimeFractured thoughts trying to find vision.Megalopolis at our fingers. We race to see each of us Live our lives, never seeming To loose our grip enough So we don’t keep running in place. Faces sag quicker than They used to. Know more people Except ourselves. The hermit in us is unfed, The tyrant in us Seeking to expand it’s ever Hungry reach outwards, Destroying creation itself. The hermit the only chance for peace. Insanity incentivized. The corruption of tyranny, seeking To spread it’s seed across the web Of humanity, until we all drone In His Image.© 2024 iTryToWriteAllTheTime |
