STALKER

STALKER

A Story by AGHANTI

She's been stalking me, hiding in the shadows, making me uneasy.

I try to ignore her... I try to concentrate.

she moves again.

I grimace. This has to end now.

I confront her.

In one swing she slams me on my back.

In a daze I try to keep my eyes open.

I see the smile of triumph on her face as she bends over to kiss my forehead.

I raise my hand as if to object  but it falls down again.

She turns round and starts to leave.

I call her back but she whistles and skips away playfully.

My eyes begin to close as she fades into the distance.

Sleep was both strong and tactical.

I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

That ending was not what I expected at all, well done. I enjoyed this one.
