Redemption

Redemption

A Poem by bluezoey
"

This is a poem I wrote when I left my friends . . . . . and then returned, after finding myself.

"
She's coming home, redemption seeks
From friendships torn and ties so weak
Time heals both wounds and scars
For all those tears are now afar
We bruise, we grow, we laugh at it
Strength will always find the weak
She steps one foot into the sand
It moves, it shakes, it's not firm land
Her eyes though fix stare straight ahead
She will not sink, no matter what was said
Faith conquers all they say to her
With grace above, she will bear
These silent moments as it begin
To conquer lost, she soon will win
The awkward talks but hopeful smiles
Will guide her through this first dark aisles
The laugh will soon be genuine bright
And there she hopes for things alright

That is a really nice poem you have there. I can totally relate to it..Some of us have been there and it's really cool that you speak about it through this poem.."With grace above she will bear." :-)
