Bedtime Story

A son asks his Dad for a scary story before he goes to sleep.

"Dad, do you know any scary stories?" asked the boy, as he placed himself comfortably on his bed.

"Are you sure you want to hear a scary story before you sleep?" I asked, cautious of the consequences that follow.

"I won't have nightmares. I promise!" the boy assured.

"Okay..." I hesitate -and continued "Alright, have you heard of the one where the boy asked his father to check under the..." 

"-BED. I know." He interrupts. "Then the dad looks down and sees his son -BORING!" He continued. 

"...really?"

KNOCK-KNOCK. Then a man's voice followed.

"Son, who are you talking to?"
