Blessed RoseA Poem by AevumLong poem
Farewell my love
Your everlasting beauty Fades with the coming morn Your eyes that twinkle So peacefully, so serenly Your hair flowing In the breeze Cascading down your back You have no equal In my eyes In my heart As the great abyss Welcomes me Our sorrow makes All worlds weep Our souls shall be one When it is your turn to pass Eternity though Cannot mar your beauty Like a Rose © 2014 Aevum |
