i see this allegorically...not just about the bee, but all of us as we drift through life from flower to flower...we thrive and grow in the richness and sweetness of life...and some secrets we learn others we don't...but either way we taste that sweet nectar of existence.

We See
Who else may a bee be,
for all of life is such.
See all you need to see,
yet that's not very much.
The Bee has small brain that limits them to pursue other passions and task other than finding and collecting more nectars to convert them into juicy and sweet honey to feed their growing colony.
Some archeologist discovered and uncovered honey inside a pharaohs tomb buried and sealed for hundreds of years and remain fresh and unspoiled. How do they really do it without applying preservatives ?
If they have small or narrow mind then I like to be like them. Perhaps I could invent something that is similar to fountain of youth ...

If bees needed larger brains to survive they would have evolved larger brains. Evolution only supplies life forms with those survival traits that they need. Honey is a natural germicide. I feel sure that there are life forms within our galaxy whose brains are to our brains as our brains are to the bee's. High intelligence may also reside within machines created by life forms. Then there would be more advanced machines created by less advanced machines. Gods evolve from a simple set of rules, and then they release their potential of useful energy in the form of another expanding universe that builds up the same god potential once again from the same simple set of rules. Hear we have Cycles of endearment where creation takes place simultaneously from everyplace on the circle. Every point on this circle is a Creator; every moment is a gem..

More often then not we tend to stay very linear in our thinking about the small. I like that you have given the idea of ignorance towards beauty a fun flip and allowed a broadened perspective that was short and subtle, yet powerful and effective.

I'm happy that you enjoyed it, though from reading one of your poems I think that you would want me to find a name for this bee, one that would match his face and make him larger than life. Perhaps his queen would have a name too so that courtly intrigue would develop within her hive. Dare we project the complexities of our human psyche onto a simple bee who‘s just out to enjoy sunshine, flowers, and the buzzy love of his life.?

This is a sweet and whimsical poem, I am so glad I stumbled upon it tonight... Makes me long for the summer days stretched out on a green expanse watching the insects move about in a tiny choreographed dance... Bumble bees are my favorite of them all, too! Thank you for sharing this and letting me escape into a beautiful thought :)

Summer
Summer isn't far away
as Spring stumbles into May.
Butterflies and bees shall play
where my lovely flowers stay.

You are awesome!!! Thank you, I love it :)
This is what a humble bee loves to do,
It flies, and produces honey for friend, and foe,
To reach his queen, in working suit;
He'll have to fight, and bring some fruit,
And by so many other stalker bees
She choosed him, back on her knees...
LOL see what you do?
Just a beautiful funny piece my dear friend.
Keep on bringing them! ;)
