Pain on the Inside

Pain on the Inside

A Poem by Aeryn L. Rose

I look out side,

And all I see is the rain.

Wipping away the suffering,

Wipping away the pain.

This world knows not,

What I have seen.

Friends know not,

Where I have been.

Fire and Ice,

Sweat and snow,

All I have seen,

And all I know.

I've looked upon the devil,

Gazed upon a peaceful spirit.

Walked without this body,

Earned my karma merit.

Other planes

I have seen,

Unearthly realms,

I have been.

I have made

Freinds and foe,

All in one,

All in tow.

None have seen

My spirit inside,

My life force,

Likes to hide.

For it does not want

To feel the pain,

To be broken

And beaten like the rain
