This Blunder Ain't Your Guilt

This Blunder Ain't Your Guilt

A Poem by Aerielle Louise

Anxious. Confused. Bewildered
These absurd things I remembered
Can't help it but to admit
This blunder ain't your guilt

I know, I swear, believe me it's not me
but whom shall be blamed for stupidity?
You're the one who occupied the seat
Yet I guess, this blunder ain't your guilt

You came when I needed you
And told me everything is true
You keep on showing your Witt
To tell this blunder ain't your guilt

It's hard to fit on someone's shoes
It's harder to beat all these blues
You made me believe that your works are neat
because this blunder ain't your guilt

I found myself today
Waiting for another day
I do not like to wrack what You and I built
for this blunder ain't your guilt

You do not deserve to be judged
I'm here to accept your flaws and edge
I'll wait until again, You and I meet
To say, "This blunder ain't your guilt"

(Tonight I am asking myself why
I always ended up saying this line,
"Maybe it's all my fault. Maybe it's me,
Perhaps the main core of stupidity")
