Is it possible?

This poem is hard to describe without giving myself away so lets just say its a love poem about complicated choices.

Eyes sag into final dream

May await an orange dawn

'Tis golden star shine and gleam

Lone now, what was is gone

 

Silence is my absolute savior

That person will know

A desparate plea to be together

A secret hope I'll never let go

 

Is it he I desire?

Or is it...she?

My mixed emotions have gone haywire

Changes in reality and in me

 

Eyes flutter to blindly stare

A lost war but a victorious battle

Passion has tangled me within its snare

To choose; it forces my mind to rattle

 

Is it she I'm dreaming of?

I thought I wanted him

The world darkens to abyss black above

Before me now, my vision becomes dim

 

Falling into oblivion, swallowed into a nightmare

Now I must wait for time to reveal

Who I crave, which one does really care?

The sands of time are cruel but it'll show what's real
