I once held a smile on my face but you soon took care of that.

you made it vanish

I once trusted you with my heart

and you let it drop like if it didnt exist.

I once loved you like no other

but you only used me.

You treated me worst than a dirty rag.

I was blinded by your beauty

Ignoring what was really deep inside.

I dreamt of the days I would hold you tight

and wishing you would never let go.

Not knowing that was all you wanted to do.

I abandoned dreams and goals to be with you.

so in the end you could let me go as if nothing happened.

The wound is deep and i have a feeling it will never heal.

The smile on my face was wiped off

and drowned with tears

The healthy and happy man was dragged down with it too.
