Laying in bed thinking
About who all was taken
Forgotten in my head
But a picture I saw changed me
It made me want to see
It made me want to know
It made me want to feel
For the first time
It made me want to believe

In your heavenly world
If it ever existed

Closing my eyes out of my mind
Thinking to a time you were in my life
When I thought in an afterlife
I erased away but not my pain
