Faithless

Faithless

A Poem by AJ TheSnowMan
"

Written by a negative pessimistic person during a negative pessimistic time..

"
Friends come and go
No one's here to stay
They all go by
Vanish day to day
Trust means nothing
Everything fades away
You cry for help
They all run away

You have there back
Stab you then behind
You're on the bottom now
Time to start your climb
Who do you trust now
All you hear is lies
You think you have friends
Open up your eyes

Deep down inside
No one's nice
All bare the heart
Of a dark red sky
Full of rage of hate
After all that's done
You're the one to blame
Your friends were number one

You have nobody
And that's the truth
We are all alone
And without a clue
When will you see
All they've done to you
Friends mean nothing
You're the fool..

Keep thinking
They love you and all
Wait til you see
How deep they fall
They won't remember
After all you've done
And if they do
They won't care at all

Life is cruel
And that's a fact
You don't see that
It's all an act

I tried before to think that way
Where they would be there, everyday
What I realized was the truth
That no matter what
Every heart is blue
Your life is time
And it's ticking away
When you die are we all the blame

I think it's time
For you to know
That the world spins
And we don't feel
But you do whenever a 'friend's' in need
You don't know what you want
Until you're on your knees....

I felt the sadness in this one. I just hope you won't be closing your world from the possible true friends you might meet in the future. :)
