I'm pressed for time at the moment and have only read part of your first chapter but am impressed by your style and command of the English language. I wish you luck in your search for a literary agent. I tried for years before I gave up and self-published using Lulu where sales were approximately zero! At my advanced age I content myself with writing short pieces for here and Wordpress.
