waiting for the change

i was going insane

people i met 

they just had their blames

then there came a shining light

in that stormy night

that girl came 

in my darkest nights

the change was there

i felt so alive

she had the cutest eyes

that divine smile

that gentle tone

had the perfect heart

soul so pure

could be seen by the blind

next morning i woke

the wind felt so sine

the world was so humble

i felt larger than life

that girl was there

standing by my side

she didn't know

she was my

angel in disguise

now when i see her crying

alone and struggling 

for her pride

my heart aches

i can't sleep in nights

i want a way to tell her

baby u r crying in vain

it's your time you don't have to wait

fear is your slave

cuse your soul is so brave

and you don't need anyone

you are in your perfect place

don't waste these tears

cuse it's the one thing that is

not in your play

so today just feel this air

it's free like you

going everywhere

you are a bird

whose spirit is wild

we cannot contain

so baby remember

shining you came

and shining you will remain
