My heart is breaking

this was for my fiancé Adam. I wrote this cause I was hurting.

When my heart breaks I fall to pieces,

You destroyed me,

you broke me into a million pieces.

I am shattered,

I am in pain.

Why did you hurt me?

why did you lie to me?

These questions still remained unanswered

As I wait for Thursday night.

For you to call me

So I can figure out what you want.

I hope you want to be with me still

I love you, I miss you.

I know you have broke me

But I still love you...

So please stay

As my heart is breaking

I'm crying out for you

I never want to lose you

Tell me now

As my heart is breaking.

oh my!! dear friend ... what deep and unquenchable pain ... your poem in its honesty and vulnerability breaks me too! ... i have two daughters and i would hold you as dear in this difficult time .. as i would them ... write it ..tell it.. sing it and do it all over as many times as needed .. but don't let him back in ... most always does not work ... and as soon as you say get lost ..well ..he will want you .. but will break your heart all over ... let it be good bye ... you will come out stronger, wiser and more at peace than ever .. but that's just me :} love to you!

Thank you. But what we had an argument about was a misunderstanding. I kept him because I don't give up on any one. I am deeply in love with him. I took something he said wrong. So we talked about it last night and we worked it out and I am happy again. sometimes he does things that make me mad and I do things that make him mad. but being in a relationship I learned to work it out if you really love the person. And yes I love Adam so I am not going to give up on him. he just said things that I took wrong and I had to think about it and we had to talk. I know in a relationship that if you argue ignoring the person is the worst thing to do. especially if it was a misunderstanding like this was. Thank you so much for your review. Me and Adam worked out our problems. it was all a big misunderstanding. I felt sorry for being as mad as I was and upset. because he did try to apologize to me but I wouldn't take it. so I didn't talk to him for a few days. Last night we talked and I forgave him. I missed him and I love him. I don't want to let him go if it was my fault too you know. I wanted to work it out and which we did. thank you again for your generous review. it's very sad to know the things are not going straight between you and your love. you're graving for him as it can be seen through your writing piece. it is very raw. but still readable and maybe it's not touched after writing or maybe you has to give it more time. Very deep and the emotion is eye popping. Most of us have felt the feeling of Pain or heartbreak. By no means is it easy to take in or feel. It hurts, a lot. I read the first few lines of this poem and I already had a idea of what it was about: Being unsure why someone hurt you. It is a question we all wonder: Why did they hurt me? What did I do wrong? Why do I deserve this? We might never know but in the end when we are far in life, we will see that it never really mattered because we are farther and better off now. I wish you luck with Adam. I know you both love each other to the moon and back.
