Set The Scene (2008)

This is one of my favoroute one's of the old collection battling with 'The Love Letter' I enjoy this one's quick and snappy attitude, it's a poem about poetry.

Set The Scene

 

Set the scene,

Set the crime,

Set the scene,

With ultra rhyme.

 

Set the tone,

Colour and beat,

Set it cold or extra heat.

 

Set it out,

With excitement and fear,

Make the reader want to hear!

Author's Note

The ending lets it down a little becasue it is a bit childish but the attitude of the poem is snappy and thats why I like it. What do you think?
