Sonnet XX – A vampire’s Lullaby

Childhood = ruined xD

Coffinsong! Dearest boy have a cursed day

It’s time for my darling sleepy to snooze

Slumber and dream of the moon’s silvery ray

Under wondrous night sky, azure and puce

 

Close your eyes! Fear no sun and fear no harm

Think of snuggly bats and autumn mort

Where dawn is absent below nighttime charm

Where noontide is just a myth of some sort

 

Sleep my darling! With skulls bedight your head

And chalices of ruby blood awaits thee

On soot black sheets of your bleak casket bed

Rest your mind in a short eternity

 

Don’t cry and frown! You’re in my arms, quite!

Hush beloved son! Sleep throughout the light

I was about to say it was like a lullaby but when I read the title... what the heck, IT IS A LULLABY! (yeas, sometimes i read the body before the title) hahahaha! That means to say it served its purpose! hahaha great work!
