Sonnet XIII - The caress of Keres ( Part I )A Poem by Adam Lebzo -RonninWarrior-A tale of macabre... Await part 2In a forlorn night upon my dim bed I laid my cadaver to seek some rest When Keres surfaced and bedamned my head I arouse in incubus amid mist
Horrendous nightmare in abyssal kingdom With effluent of damn souls drown in blood Soaring fiends in bods of wicked children And rustling pythons then hiss and scud
I strolled and clamored an outlet When I heard her sound like demons’ growling ‘You will rot in this bloodcurdling pit’ She cried, held my throat and snubbed my bidding
I snapped awake with a script on my hand ‘You’ve two days to live, then your soul is damned’ © 2013 Adam Lebzo -RonninWarrior-Author's Note
