Bitter-sweet DecemberA Poem by Adam Lebzo -RonninWarrior-Black romance is what hits my mind about this one!In Love
and snow I brood so long In
their soft embrace do I belong? Away
from norms of right and wrong I feel
devoid when I'm alone With
all my memories of limestone In
dreary nights of December Wherein
my cold feelings gather and dismember I ride
the winds that cradles snow Into a
time rift, unto its glow And the
horse of time stops right there In the
dead era our blossoming young story were Where
beige and blue adjoin below The
sorrowful sky that runs and flows The
horse of portals let me go The
breeze said "Is this you again?" "I'm
just a shadow" I said with pain “My
bleeding heart netted from tears Pasted
whole, gave him a soul, And sent to dwell here” “Your
heart is drunk, forsake his command! In past
and woe its fatefully damned! By her
death and blood is fogged, Revert
and know! Your past is evermore locked.”
And
so, on love and snow I arouse Bitter-sweet
December, a blue rose © 2013 Adam Lebzo -RonninWarrior-Author's Note
