You

You

A Poem by CajunPoet
"

...

"
A symphony of crickets softly sings,
as mosquitos dance to the bullfrog's bass,
The low summer sun now disappearing
While this warm southern wind can't be contained.

Instantly I can't think of anything
but the warmth I see in your smiling face,
Even though you said that it's bad timing,
My hopeful heart is filled with only faith.
