Blind Poet

Blind Poet

A Poem by CajunPoet
"

Poem about nonsense

"
Ancient hieroglyphics slowly inscribed,
Then washed away before their completion,
From the crumbling walls of my inner mind,
such a cruelly poetic deception.

These rhymes that are my mind's own invention,
Breathtaking visions with poetic glow,
That unwind time with careful perception,
While darkness provides my only sad home.

You start this with the opening lines ---
and yet they never evolve...
much like the rest of the poem ---
but that's the intent --- in which nonsense ---
takes the reader in the write...as you go about this ---
