They were a happy family
a fine example
That's what the obituary said
Somewhere between plating up 
the afternoon haze rolling in
claret caught fire and sprayed up behind their heads
Sunlight poured into the room 
like distant echoes of the youngest's laughter
Four body's slumped against their chairs
Happily ever after
