Piano wire

Piano wire

A Poem by Wraith.

Uncleaned fish hook
deviates the membrane
Have I been weighted with heavy irons?
As head ache inducing as tightly scraped hair

Every thought becomes a word gone limp
No movement but I am nervous
Like I'm in a fragile body,
Picking at the trenches in my skin
Hunching over
Pulling a jumper over my head, nervous

Blackness fills my ears
Cigarettes stamped out on my heart
Blisters come but they will burst.
I can only hope I'm not found unsightly
Torn or bloated by the winds of decay

years of emotional and mental scars can definitely make our heart seem pretty unsightly...all that pain causes much decay.
