Uncleaned fish hook
deviates the membrane Have I been weighted with heavy irons? As head ache inducing as tightly scraped hair Every thought becomes a word gone limp No movement but I am nervous Like I'm in a fragile body, Picking at the trenches in my skin Hunching over Pulling a jumper over my head, nervous Blackness fills my ears Cigarettes stamped out on my heart Blisters come but they will burst. I can only hope I'm not found unsightly Torn or bloated by the winds of decay © 2015 Wraith. |
