Psychopath?

Psychopath?

A Poem by Wraith.

Right and wrong
Morality? Non existent!
Man made, self made
Not all of our brains are programmed the same
You ridicule the soul who stands
Devoid of emotion
Blocking their memories out
Depraved genetics adopted somewhere
Abused and tormented
Introduced to morality
All you are is what you know
Hysteria, media
praying on vulnerable
Visible necrosis
Cancers of the flesh
What of the cancers that
feed inside our heads
Just as debilitating
Even drive us to suicide
But we are cast aside
Why so when all humans are parasites?
I do not condone the 'insane' mans actions
but defects affect like a blunted tool
If you cannot identify
then how can you judge at all?

the cancer in our heads makes us bitter people, judgmental people....sick with envy...maybe we are all that way now...
aren't we all somewhat insane these days...at least those who really are have an excuse...but what about the rest.

i like how this poem speaks to me. i like how you write of darkness...whether it be macabre or just the darkness in our hearts and souls.
