Wasp

Wasp

A Poem by Wraith.

Tethers of ribbon, tied through scissors
Blank space in which echoes whisper
Confined to blocks of shade, I shiver

Mechanical shrine
I glimpsed inside
Endless networks each proving to be fatal

Contained
impregnated by the bitter seed of life
Time lapse mid metamorphosis

My child, the wasp
blood crawls over the miles of glass
Pieces of you, all I had left.
