Negatives

Negatives

A Poem by Wraith.

Shades of concrete
Blind spots in the still of the day
The fluids have drained
Thick black shadows
Lined with grey
What once was
is no more
Whirring whirring
How long ago did you pass
White noise
empty hum
An existence so cold
Drifting into nothingness

I feel the same right now, drained. I feel the emotions behind the poem. Thanks for sharing your expression

sometimes life becomes "an existence so cold/drifting into nothingness"
and that is where we drift..when what once was, is no more...i see a draining of emotions here, and that heart becoming concrete...it happens way too much---but part of life i guess.
