Never be blinded by the sun

Never be blinded by the sun

A Poem by Wraith.

Split my mind
to extract the voice of reason
reason obscured by emotion
wires crossed
self immolation
fear no demon
Blinded and bleeding
Can you look me in the eye
dilated, wide
Saw my reflection and cried
Crawling on skinned knees
trapped inside
How can I trust myself
plagued with delusions
Solace in solitude
pride beyond injured
I am the mutation
Born into my grave

It's just good, raw and good. Perhaps good is the wrong word...

the last two lines are killer.." i am the mutation/born into my grave"
no demons really, i am just afraid of myself and what i have become. i don't need others to knock me down, kill my pride...i can do it just fine by myself.
