Dichotomization

Dichotomization

A Poem by Wraith.

I'm stalked by sleep and sometimes the man speaks
enforces barriers, he laughs with me
and holds my head under when times are bleak
I've suffered the same headache
Should I magnify sinister notions which draw themselves to me
or drop my 'paranoid' state to set myself free
Harvesting fragments from all who i meet
Exposure to mortality as you open your eyes
Installs a motion of uncertainty
Dreamlike solitude, the crows corpse is in tethers
time has its fractures
Self loathing and self importance
A lucid lust for my own termination
I glance away from death to corruption
Morbid imbalance and I just can't settle
Each memory imprinted in a layered haze
Am I reaching out or merely slumped in this seat
trying to empty a vacant mind and sever the black leads
