Displaced

Displaced

A Poem by Wraith.

More depth than oceans of clouding blood
I've flailed in desperation, now I feel myself sink
Immune to how humans flirt with the opposition
Accepted something much more evil has taken form
I torment myself for the answers
Where have I missplaced all I own
The small fragments I could have carried,
I found my way to a lifeless void through missing links
I've scoured this place
How much difference does it make
Because I don't think I can ever be happy
Now I have lost all.

Aching, powerful words that paint an image of the darkest night... Your words voice a music of the soul that is flooded with pain... with regret... with hopelessness... I lived displaced for almost too many years, dear poet...

deeper than an ocean's blood...depression can send us there...when we feel we have lost it all and can never be happy..

so Plath-like here...

intense, confessional...

the torment is felt..
