SensesA Poem by Ace Jaxon
I feel like a song where the words are gone
A melody without notes In a place without air Suffocating and drowning in silence Where your voice was once shared All around a field of flowers which I cannot see The crashing of the ocean waves all around me I cannot hear them as they crash I'm losing the fire to my candle Burnt out without your presence You walked through the waterfall and when I tried to follow, you were gone And I was forced to move on A love that's not romantic, one that's for a family that remains, but is gone The heat of my flames, burnt out, present, but gone
