The Panic Attack

The Panic Attack

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Circling my head, the crow of my past
Howling at me, calling for the pack
Loosing sight of my mind
Left, Right, Left, Right
One, Two, Three, Four
One, Two, Three, Four
Pulsing, Breathing
Running, Running
One Two Three Four Five
Jumping
Left and Right
A simple pattern
Slow then Fast
The start of a panic attack
There's the crow again
Howling no more
All Silent and well
I hope to feel it no more
