Wasp's Nest

Wasp's Nest

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Swarming in my ears

Tangled in my hair

A colorful, brilliant glare

Look once, look twice

Right now I want to take flight

Snap once, snap twice

Nothing but pure fright

Our love is like a swarm of

Wasps, nothing to delight

i have had enough of these hanging on my eaves...and i have experienced the stinging of unrequited love...or love that was like stepping in a wasp's nest.
those little critters sting without remorse.
love does the same.

Ok this did leave me buzzing! It is filled with dark disappointment. Often ther is too much chaos for us to settle with someone.
