'Week' Love

'Week' Love

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

A week of love not shared

Your feelings not returned

You felt the glass around shatter

You felt it pierce your soul

I would by sorry, but it was weak

To put it bleak, it just wasn’t meant to be

Now you got everyone involved

No wonder nothing was resolved

What a weak week for

Love was unresolved

Indeed when we spill our most intimate disputes outward it simply serves to pour oil on those troubled waters. Well said in a simple and readable poem.
