Selfishness

Words are always used generally

Never allowing peace to breath

All I know how to do is play along

Found inside a box of lies

Just for me and my troubled eyes

They always said you’re selfish

Always telling me I’m not worth it

Saying writing has no purpose

Telling me that I’m something stupid

Letting me believe I’m only dumb

Changing into a devilish snake

Lost inside my own hate

Expressed the thoughts of some

Never allowed to have fun

Selfish, Worthless, Attention-w***e

All the things they left at my door

Friends always said I was young

Telling me to just get up and run

Calling me fat and ugly

Criticism, what they called it

Saying I’m not worth love

Very raw and painful writing. Human life can be really dreadul event. I am diagnosed with Dyspraxia and I can say all those things what you name it. I was and still experienced through my life. I find dealing with normal people and normal world more then difficult. They always blame me for my clumsy manners and my unorganized way of thinking. I think is more then important you wrote this. Cause some people have more hard obstacles then just others. I hope this review and response provide some help for you. All the best .

This was a painful poem for me to read because you conveyed your feelings so intensely that they really got through. That tells me you are a good writer. Writing this has helped me to understand you as a person better.I certainly don't want to make your life more difficult than it already is. I speak generally in reviews and have no idea at all of the difficulties of the author of each poem. I look only at the words they write and respond accordingly. Carry on with your writing.
