Goodbye Forgiveness

Goodbye Forgiveness

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Forgiving is what makes others wish to forget

Playing others for the fool makes them hurt

Those who stay and never forget

Some never forgive so they stay

Others forgave from the beginning and are hurting on their own

I stay to help, I shall never forget

I can’t forget because it only hurts more

I’m no one’s pawn and no one’s king

So leave me be, I’m going rouge as long as I’m free

Goodbye old lies, Goodbye old times

Locked away in a dying cage, I’ve broken free

I’ll fly away from all your chains

The dead and broken, shall live and heal

My only wish isn’t to by held

Goodbye worthless dreams

Goodbye stupid desires

I’m gone for good, so I bid you farewell
