Silence

Silence

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Silence is a word not spoken

Noise is silence screaming

What am I in a world where I can not speak

A speck of dust on someone’s feet

I fall to the ground, running from the world

Erasing the past, hurts more than restoring

My only reward is more hurt

My screams have been silenced

The silence broken by my screaming

Flashing light, blinding me

Silent Revenge urging me

Temptation killing me, you words taunting

I may follow to fall, I may lead to create

Bring me to the end, let me leave

Let me fall into the dark

Loved the first two lines above all. Very well expressed the thoughts. I really liked it.
