The declaration of belief implies that you uphold something already however then is the declaration through stupidity which serves a a non validation of the belief. Then you resume your I dea of believing on something which seems to be directly proportional to "The more you know the more you understand".
But rather than making you go and risk all with great recklessness you feel fragile.
And finnaly the declaration of intent.
Pick up that That Pen and in the wise words of Jamey Jasta : "Destroy everything.Obliterate what makes us weak, Destroy everything, Decimate what threatens me"

Thank you for your valuable interpretation, it could be about a person that no matter how tired the person will not go to sleep without a battle, without a battle of being able to try to interpret what is inside the mind of other writers that have bled to convey a message.

Sorry had to work so I coudn't get back sooner. At the risk of been misunderstood and in no way trying to create debate I care very little for the "raison d'etre" behind writing poetry so I am sorry if I can share that aspect. As for any interpretation they will always be subjective as not even the writer know although of course there might be ones tha tsay"Oh but becuase I wrote it I am the onl one that actually knows" and I offer this only as a question although terribly phrased. Happy hunting though and thankyou again for sharing your poem.

Thank you for your review the poem can be about a character in the poem that is telling readers to defend themselves by writing about what is in their mind and not to keep demons inside by rottening away from public view.
