Phoenix

Phoenix

A Poem by Abraham George
"

A love story

"

Raise me from the flaming ashes

Give me colorful feathers to fly

To the skies, over the clouds

Looking for a place to rest

Winds brings the fragrance

Of blossom flowers, is thou

Flowing ocean seems to be calm

Becomes wild, when I saw thou

Without dripping a single drop

While the water- my life- flowing

Thou become a sea that could

Absorb anything into deep

Nightingale singing mumble

Fading flowing rivers’ lullaby

Drops of waters dripping off

Petals of my lovely flower

Even heaven calls me away

From you, never run away

Love to dissolve in your beauty

That’s the heaven I seek forever
