Love is like the seasons
It's bitter and sweet
It's hot like the summer, and warm like the spring
It's cold and unruly, and like fall the leaves change
It can make you run wild, or keep you locked in a cage
Whatever it may be, or if that love falters
Remember to choose someone you'd want at the alter

It's like the winter ground, cold and messy at your feet
It's always changing faster, like summer into fall
But who will be there standing, waiting for your call?
Love is like the seasons
It's bitter and sweet
It's like the night time calling moonlight, to kiss upon your cheek
I know I'll always miss you, your touch, your warmth, your face
And forever I will love you, seeing you in lace
I know my love won't ever reach you, and I always knew it never could
But my heart is like the seasons, and like nature I thought it should
If I could beg  you for forgiveness, or beg you to come back
I plead for you to take me, and for you I'll never lack
Because I love you like the seasons
It feels so bittersweet
And you my love are eternal, to treasure like a beat
In my mind and in my heart, you will never know
That the moment that I lost you, I feared to let you go
I love you, so remember to always keep me close
Because my love is like seasons, and I love you more than most
This is my goodbye, I leave this letter with a kiss
Goodbye my favorite season, goodbye my pure bliss
