War (& Journal)A Story by Abishai100A sports-writer creatively 'weds' the Civil War to a Duke-Carolina basketball shoebox, for allusion of Earthling/American wonderwalls.
A Duke-UNC rivalry diorama with a 'cool' allusion to the American Civil War, for sports-culture jardinieres, inspired (very-loosely) by the under-rated American media-allegorical men's college basketball complexity-theory exposition/film Blue Chips (Nick Nolte). Thanks for reading (and Happy '25, all),
DISCLAIMER: This work of sports fanfiction contains images/references with no ties to any representative person(s)/body (e.g., Duke basketball) and is therefore cast as purely a 'personal' expression for social arts (for 'open' views/interpretations). ---- ==== Friends, the American Civil War was a micro-moment in Earth (Western) history which saw great strides in motions negotiations concerning the wrought 'intelligence' of policy-outcomes weight linked war and peace artistry for one given nation, divided into North and South over the subject of agrarian economics and racial slavery. That's why we find a special Earthling-prince, Mr. Amlan Satan, invested in making a rather revealing American/Selfie fanfare 'diorama' portrait of some sportsmanship 'culture' symbolic allegory for North-South Civil War 'intelligence' with a modern/media age collegiate-athletics (men's college basketball) diagram for records. Friends, Mr. Satan thought to compare North-South Civil War duality minutes for passions and powers and premonitions with the Duke-UNC basketball rivalry that had made for countless social/media comments for citizenry (Americans!) invested in competition reflection for social/cultural jardinieres (for leviathan/uncertainty). READER: The North was pro-abolition, and the South was pro-slavery, no? MR. SATAN (Amlan): I dare not make direction links to schools of modernism. READER: Well, this Duke-Carolina (men's basketball) diorama is rivalry-IQ. MR. SATAN: Allow us to consider how Duke-Carolina is North-South jellyfish! READER: Jellyfish is inference for motility and aquatic liberty of complexity. MR. SATAN: Think of brothers divided North-South for (American) education. READER: If we allow to make loose-image (e.g., Duke and Union-North)? MR. SATAN: Carolina-Confederacy jam (etc.)...it's an 'art' for jitters, surely! READER: This sounds like you mean to chess-tie sports to biases jigsaws? MR. SATAN: American schools 'entreat' glassy holograms (Facebook-like!). READER: Hmmm...social media stencil-jump, eh? MR. SATAN: You said it (Selfie-like). Of course, Duke and UNC had in deeds become great theater imagery for men's college basketball greatness in the modern/media age, and Mr. Amlan Satan opted to cite a special February-'93 game featuring a Duke force without great/key stars having departed, still holding reins to marshal some languages for the continuity of (televised!) sports-teams ambitions for choreography in storied/gritty jar contents (wow). College basketball drew eyes for daydreams for many youngsters fantasizing about how competition would make for an American Dream worth a sociocultural lyric for all things pluralism/history. That February-'93 Duke-Carolina theater game (televised!), now available on social media, drew Mr. Amlan Satan's quills for creative sports-writing now in the American Homeland for Civil War allegory for social/cultural negotiations jewelry (for Earthling time-travel!). Sure, youngsters who dreamed of playing for UNC were contrasted with those (in key ways!) to whose who wished to reach Duke heights for records. In fact, Duke-UNC rivalry even toasted a real/actual sibling-rivalry across times, the Capel brothers (wow). That February-'93 Duke-Carolina (televised!) game featured a still-ambitious talent-departed Duke force contending with a very athletic, well-coached, and streaking hot Carolina unit for the books (sure). That game, as Amlan noted, served as premonition for a March-'93 rematch...and UNC won that show following this February loss to a jumping Duke. This Duke-Carolina 'opera' had become something of a chess-stalemate chirality-chorus for American culture jardinieres, perhaps reflective of our (entire) pluralism-chores drawing...for Civil War jar fittings of a history lexicons doctorate-sanity (wow). READER: Well, Duke as North and Carolina as South, for February-'93 jars. MR. SATAN (Amlan): I've even offered a super magnet-hero doodle pairing! READER: So, Duke won in February-'93...followed by March-'93 Carolina win. MR. SATAN: It's a chess-stalemate lyric worth media/culture jaw, no? READER: War-and-peace jellyfish, for American inventions in jogs, eh? MR. SATAN: Without 'jitters' is jewelry (Facebook-like)...ha. READER: Fair for magnet-victory fare...cool.
