DISCLAIMER: This work of sports fanfiction offers no explicit ties to the Lakers and Celtics NBA teams or to their respective hometown cities (LA/Boston) and all images/references used herein (therefore) comprise a purely 'personal' expression for social art (for 'open' interpretation/views). ---- ==== AMLAN: As your twin brother, I find it Rationalism we're US-coasts opposed, ha. AJAY: You settled into Cali, embraced Silicon Valley, and cheer your Lakers image. AMLAN: You remain a New England boy, loving Harvard-Sq., Boston, and Celtics! AJAY: The Lakers-Celtics rivalry is excellence with legends boasted in annals. AMLAN: Think Bill Russell and Kareem, Bird and Johnson, Kobe and Paul Pierce. AJAY: I wanted new-gen shine with potential college stars to make rivalry IQ. AMLAN: I read your cyber-post, Childress/Dunleavy for Wake-Forest/Duke legends. AJAY: Think it, college hoops makes for Lakers-Celtics extensions for fantasy-IQ! AMLAN: Well, as a man of Los Angeles, I have to feel emotion-bias for Lakers. AJAY: As you mentioned, my Boston-town grounding has me Celtics-prone forever! AMLAN: This is sports-consciousness jagged-edge for Earthlings (Selfie-like). AJAY: This shall be a cool debate for jury duty (ha). Ajay was a Boston journalist for some time now and continued to espouse generations feels of varied Celtics squads and highlighted special role-players for New England hoops hoopla like new-gen contributors like Al Horford and older gen greats like Kevin McHale and wanted special fantasy hoops adjectives for Boston-town sports fans for Celtics superstitions. He eyed his brother's home-life in LA (California); and he therefore considered some twins-rivalry superstitions for a long-time Lakers-Celtics rivalry for city skyline 'expression' reflective of Earthling micro-jewelry (for the Ego!). AMLAN: As a California architect, I have to boast LA-buildings for American IQ. AJAY: Whatever...Boston always feels like city-home midways, brother. AMLAN: I got this vintage video-game for Thanksgiving in New York. AJAY: Mom seems happy with her sons bonding like twins do. AMLAN: This Lakers-Celtics old-system portrait should entice our contest. AJAY: There's never heart-stop flatline for Lakers-Celtics 'stuff' on Earth, eh? AMLAN: Why don't you play with the Lakers, and I'll be the Celtics. AJAY: That's insane, brother. AMLAN: In this New York home, we find family value with mom for the holidays! AJAY: I'll trade you my Kevin McHale card for your Kobe Bryant rookie. AMLAN: Well, that's good video-game meat, as long as we remain friends (ha). AJAY: Earthlings crave image for Heaven and Hell, no? AMLAN: Facebook-like. Amlan and Ajay found themselves using opposite-team video-game fitness for Thanksgiving in New York, agreeing (now!) to make a LA-Boston basketball cards trade between brothers for symbolism and rivalry conversation in the American Homeland between coasts. Ajay claimed as a Boston-native that using Lakers team on Amlan's purchased video-game against his twin brother was cool boast given he lived closer to their mom in NY. Amlan knew using Celtics to deflate Ajay's boast made for some home-entertainment jardinieres in what made this Western culture sportsmanship jagged-edge one for the books of superstitions in Earthling capitalism concerning micro-culture and city-bias based (American) control. Even Martians would envy such dominions-jewelry. New York had become the hub of invasion-paranoia storytelling, following 9/11. It's where we find twins of opposing basketball superstitions converging for the holiday-season to share cards and games for Lakers-Celtics rivalry sanity for coasts-comparisons consciousness of the Ego (damn). Maybe Amlan and Ajay had become the Cheech-and-Chong of Lakers-Celtics rivalry jardinieres...for Earthling (American) evolution. "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100
