How would/could/should a foggy Windy-City street-chatter intrigue unfold for an idealist-policewoman standing against a social media chores naysayer?

Officer Shelbye considered her new Windy-City assignment a close-scoreline gripper following her 'fantastic' move from a Homeland-Jersey suburbia area (Echelon) for marking a self-titled Chicago-American crime dominions incendiary, a masked and nameless 'anti-vigilante' who went by the eerie alias Dartmouth (Facebook-like!).

DARTMOUTH: Good to know there's someone to challenge a noir-naysayer, cop.

SHELBYE: I'm the She-Cop of the challenged Windy-City nameless man of Hell.

DARTMOUTH: I've planted comics in places gems are being moved (by me!).

SHELBYE: You're now an eco-capitalism terrorist, I'm certain of it now bad-man.

DARTMOUTH: It's Xmas-season, and newlyweds of Chicago think consumerism.

SHELBYE: Facebook-like.

It was indeed the Xmas-season, and the Windy-City saw plenty of 'academic' eyes for capitalism/insurance integrity woe(s), which is why (maybe) this Dartmouth anti-vigilante challenged Officer Shelbye's 'fantastic' brain (for leviathan/uncertainty!). Well, Shelbye knew all the arrangements were made by Dartmouth to simply advance some youth-energizer illusion for detective storytelling for dangerous street-gossip (for social media!).

POLICE CHIEF: Dartmouth is under your skin.

SHELBYE: There's a fantastic (American) school called Dartmouth, you know?

POLICE CHIEF: That's all New England matter, She-Cop...this mystery is clever.

SHELBYE: Maybe he means to paint the femme-detective of Chicago as a reader.

POLICE CHIEF: Maybe he's lonely.

SHELBYE: Selfie-like.
