The Romulans and Klingons, quite different, had courted a long-scale view for evolved customs for handshakes-and-contests (and wars) and stirred much intrigue for Federation councils and negotiators. Well, a Romulan operation strengthened Federation-Klingon alliances for overt actions for deliberations, and Klingon triumph over a Romulan offensive created stranger variances in peace-war declarations between these two iconic universe-races of incomplete-bureaucracy arts of Heaven and Hell, which drew the interest of Enterprise member/logician Spock (himself neither Romulan nor Klingon by race but Vulcan). Follow along.

SPOCK (Journal-Note): "Of particular interest is the Borg-cyborg offensive in Earth-space with communicated time-portal views of old-Earth realm (21st-Century) intrigue concerning petrol-politics in an area called Middle East, where race-exchanges for war and peace and contests and commerce make for specialized adjectives for cleats pertinent to this new Federation counsel for Romulan-Klingon stances for Jupiter (Facebook-like!)."

Sure, Spock of the Federation, a shrewd logical Vulcan of great Enterprise-ship voyager 'IQ' for Romulan-Klingon exchanges languages for cleats, made right-stuff notes about Borg-portal communiques about 21st-Century Earth-intrigue relevance for modern-universe race contests and war/peace stances of intelligence or 'examination' for the Ego (sure). Spock considered this new stage of Federation-works concerning Romulan-Klingon relations concerning a proposed games-arena for clans (or races) promoting exhibitions of peace for sovereignty (or sanity) and inferenced old-Earth realm tech-toys teaching for arts; but Spock hoped this doubles-clans gams operation wouldn't intersect with the darkness of bureaucracy's fragile grip on chandeliers, requiring outright stalemate for safe-distances.

SPOCK (Journal-Note): "Of special spotlight from this 21st-Century Earth time-portal view concerning the petrol-politics 'prince' work (investments/infiltrations) of Mr. Amlan Satan, a Western Blue-Planet hemisphere 'James Bond' type whose own Selfie-age readings of social media culture adjectives for cleats surely can be applied to a games-arena champagne-conversation between Romulans-Klingons negotiating the simplified darkness of bureaucracy-made quickening (Facebook-like!)."
