Wok Chef Boston Thanx (Fiction)A Story by Abishai100Twins compete for a Boston-town circle laurel with shrimp brunch (Saturday) tin concerning incomplete-change arts.
A contest/culinary vignette, inspired loosely by Big Night (Campbell Scott).
---- ==== Twins wanted to compete (simply). They were both chefs. They were both Bostonian. They were both in agreement about a special contest in Boston-town, in an eatery-kitchen owned by their pal from Dartmouth (Facebook-like). MR. AMLAN SATAN: I'll make a cool Cajun corn shrimp for lunch, pal. MR. AJAY SATAN: I'll win this twin eats contest with a quick brunch fry. AMLAN: Cajun patients shall out-shine the quickie bread-variety, pal. AJAY: We'll see who has the upper-hand for Boston-IQ (Facebook-like). Of course, there's nothing like a contest to draw out the helmets of consciousness in an Earthling, and even for twins like Amlan/Ajay, this shrimp eatery-kitchen cook-off in Boston-town was something of a proof of life. After all, Earthlings adored choreographed contests for war and peace, and this shrimp contest for one given Saturday would prove something about the qualia of New England stalemate-potential languages worth a good story, perhaps even nonfiction for YouTube or social-media quill. CRITIC: This is Cajun with corn with lots of pepper/spice and ornament, Amlan. AMLAN: Thanx (Selfie-like). CUSTOMER: I like this Cajun variety for Saturday's brunch feel of exotic/finery. AMLAN: Thanx (Selfie-like). Of course, the New England (Boston-town) eatery/dive venue where the shrimp contest took place was something pretty cool. Perhaps that's why the twins (Amlan/Ajay) found it the right-stuff for kitchen experiment and sibling rivalry and drew in their friends who drew in their association critic/customer pals for review and examination (Facebook-like perhaps). AMLAN: I can't believe you won the contest in Boston-town, pal. AJAY: Well...it's a stalemate in my notebook, as I proposed, brother (ok). AMLAN: The simpler bread-shrimp brunch-fry made by you hit the comfy-note. AJAY: Hey, sometimes fancy Cajun stuff makes for only IQ-jitters, but cool. AMLAN: Let's not do this again. AJAY: Wine/deal (thanx). "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100 |
