Could a mystery figure in 21st-Century ('Scarecrow') somehow be the unknown Jack the Ripper, reincarnated for an Earthling transit field goal?

Jack the Ripper story (fictional). Happy Halloween!

====

Jack the Ripper was simply unknown or invisible. There'd been much talk in the streets of London at night in this age; and there were records for gossip and conjectures concerning his ID for bloody-murder and masked or veiled darkness. However, Jack remained a simply shadow-man, a mystery-man, a dark-man of incomplete-distances readings of the transit-securities of Earthling/city jam (for the Ego!).

Of course, it'd been some time since Jack be alive, and today, the town he haunted, old London, was simply teeming with Selfie-age exchanges and traffic and consumerism and lights for the holiday-season and occasions nicely marshaled by the new century detectors of Earthling happiness (sure). Jack was long-gone as it seemed. However, a new face emerged in the new millennium who called himself Scarecrow. Eerily enough, it seemed that this masked mystery-man was (somehow) a reincarnation of Jack himself (Selfie-like).

SCARECROW: Perchance me be a real reincarnated man, reader!
READER: You sound eerily ominous with your weird English-cop stalker imagery.
SCARECROW: Thanx...you know there'd be much tales of women in threat, ok.
READER: You make mark of London's policemen for social media chat, eh?
SCARECROW: Selfie-like.

Was this 'Scarecrow' figure of 21st-Century London (somehow) the reincarnated Jack the Ripper of old-London? Who knows? Well, many social media readers/chatters had theories of their own, but the eerie imprint and languages whispered by this unknown-ID 'Scarecrow' somehow invoked some illusions of what made Jack the Ripper a stranger character for the stews of hospitality-readings...of paranoia and jewelry.
