Irish Football Shoreline(s)A Story by Abishai100Portrait of sports/media windows culture of Earth yielding expressions of social value for the cleats of personality.
An Earthling sports-culture thermal. Happy Halloween all,
DIISCLAIMER: This work of media fiction contains images/references with no ties to any person(s)/body (e.g., NBC) and is cast as purely a 'personal' expression for social art (for 'open' translations). ---- ==== Irish football had become a mainstay of American Homeland Saturday culture in the Autumn for me, and for many others. I'm an Algerian-Catholic Bostonian immigrant-turned-citizen and pronounced sports media culture fan. Every Saturday, I try to catch Irish games on NBC in the Autumn, given Notre Dame's special bond with NBC, a primary American TV network/company. In deeds, Notre Dame's Irish football team had built a special record for legends and maps and boasted greatness across eras and offered the pro-level world greats in the game, including Super Bowl champions (e.g., Joe Montana, Jerome Bettis) and Hall of Famers (e.g., Tim Brown). As a voting democrat of the West (American Homeland), I appreciate TV/media culture access windows into populism color and glass, including media for the Irish/Catholic population in the States. As a voting democrat, I think/read about the circles of pluralism 'IQ' for inter-religious coexistence and learned of those 'troubles' of the UK, between the Irish-Catholic minority and British-Protestant majority population co-existing in poor Belfast (Northern Ireland). What's sports/lifestyle media-commentary culture like in such a place, I had to ask, right? Would they consider American Homeland TV-windows access culture (e.g., Irish football on NBC) a great 'cleat' for human transit/traffic/customs banks? GIRLFRIEND: Irish curry-stew for Saint Patrick's Day. ME: Can't wait for the Autumn, lady-hawk. GIRLFRIEND: Well, as an Irish-Catholic girl, I concur with such energy, love. ME: Cool...as an Algerian-Catholic gent, I find this March stew fantastic! GIRLFRIEND: You've become a Selfie-qualia (true). ME: That's cool (right?). I thought about the Liar-paradox in the logic of language ("Every statement is false"). It's a funny logic target for communication analysis. How can every statement be false if you're being told of such a possibility in the form of a statement (right?). How about saying, "Every statement is incomplete"? Even if that was conceivably true, the informative statement itself has to be totally complete (by communication). The Liar-paradox is really unusual and reflective of the structure of communication/logic/language construction(s). How do people communicate and can they trust each other to be totally informative in this pluralism-media world? As I enjoyed Irish football on TV on one Saturday in Autumn, I thought about the 'cleats' of negotiated culture and commentary for Earthling dominion controls. I thought about Selfie-edge (wow). "Doing well is the result of doing good. That's what capitalism is all about" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2024 Abishai100 |
