On Base Thinking: Liberty-EnglishA Story by Abishai100Fan's mindset for October-baseball (Wild Card) 'theater' for daydreams and boyhood-memoirs for an Earthling 'confidence' generation.
A baseball portrait of sorts inspired by the fate-sportsmanship fortune-gem Mr. Destiny (Michael Caine). Enjoy (Happy Halloween!),
---- ==== When I was a boy, I had this pretty good Paul Molitor Brewers baseball-card, and now, as an adult, I started thinking of the '24 season Wild Card final deciding 3-series game between the Mets (NY) and my Brewers of old-memoir (Milwaukee), which I thought would be great premonition-image for my next-round showdown with my hometown Phillies force (Philadelphia), so I thought about my Molitor card ahead of this Wild Card contest with the NY-Mets (well). My name's Amlan Satan, and I'm an immigrant/citizen/Catholic of the West (American Homeland) and almost ended up a NY-resident for neuro-research post-grad work before deciding to retire from brain-studies to become a sports investor/writer and made $15M on Wall-St. during the '09 mini-crash and became an 'avid-fan' by the time '24 MLB playoffs Wild Card showcases started, featuring my Brewers of old-memoir facing elimination/triumph against those hot Mets of America's apply city of New York (damn). FAERIE-WOMAN: Can you hear me whispering to you in dream-sleep, prince? ME: This is real. FAERIE-WOMAN: You've got the right pockets for American baseball stories, hon. ME: Wow, I do think the Brewers will get past NY to challenge those Phillies! FAERIE-WOMAN: If they do...I shall return to your dream-visions for investment. ME: Good for qualia (Facebook-like). What could I think (or dream now)? This gorgeous faerie-woman insisted that I root for my Brewers of old-memoir for this '24 American baseball Wild Card final-game theater and determine a cool-compass for sports-languages and investments; and if it (all!) happened, I'd be revisited by her (somehow, right?). I thought about this...I meditated on it for some time, as I enjoyed my zesty homemade asparagus-cream soup and thought about this new-gen Milwaukee 'force' for Earthling contest-windows that would draw any Martian envy-eye (ha). SPORTS COMMENTATOR: War of the Worlds, pal. COMMENTATOR: Fan of War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise), pal? COMMENTATOR: "I love New York" (Frank Sinatra?). COMMENTATOR: Check out that guy with balloons cheering for Brewers-miracle! COMMENTATOR: That's Mr. Amlan Satan...he's one rich prince son-of-a-gun. COMMENTATOR: Well, perchance the Milwaukee-town eyes a Philly-act then. COMMENTATOR: Maybe Martians now descend for some Earth dome terrorism! COMMENTATOR: Sovereignty for bats simply translates to October-butterflies. COMMENTATOR: Good chance for Satan (ha). Folks, I got myself a new-gen Milwaukee (American-baseball) treasure, a real trophy. I won't tell you who achieved the showcase-laurel to face the mighty Phillies of Philadelphia that magic-night of contest-windows for Brewers-Mets fans; after all, most Americans simply empathize with the Big Apple. However, I knew that my 'consciousness' for cleats revealed to me why this Earthling sport always yielded park-imagery for simple theory in October (for all!).
