Carmen of an Arles

"

Adaptation of a '21 film concerning incomplete-lines readings of life's special journey-promises (or 'twists') rendering incomplete-endings.

"
A 'cool' Carmen (Natasha McElhone) adaptation. Thanks for reading!

This is the story of Carmen, a rather liberal lady who lived meekly in France/Arles as an inn-keeper and care-giver to her sickly brother, a local priest, and who wanted a way-out of the predictability of life when she met a gristly and somber sort of man, a local billiards-hall patron who liked competing in the low-eye stick/ball table target-shoot-sink game of balls and placement thought for life-champagne consciousness (sure!).

CARMEN: I don't mind the work itself, brother.
BROTHER: You seek something unusual and may want to explore this lyric.
CARMEN: Arles gave me Earthling intuitions...perchance I find billiards-image?
BROTHER: I advise and condone a 1-year hiatus, with our saved funds, Carmen.
CARMEN: I'll still visit you on Saturday mornings, brother.
BROTHER: Selfie-like (go).

Was Carmen upset? What made her Arles/France life of incomplete-bureaucracy arts 'consciousness' a thing of exploration drive or momentum for the brains? She met Mr. Amlan Satan, an Algerian-Catholic billiards-man in France who frequented the billiards-hall and was very good at the stick-table game. Carmen wanted to learn it, or anything really, that was separate from the pattern of her standard life in France/Arles.

AMLAN: You should dance instead.
CARMEN: I want to be good at billiards (like you!).
AMLAN: I can sense it, but the stick-game's for a low-eye.
CARMEN: Skill, but perchance some spice of chance/angles (for the brains)?
AMLAN: That's not untrue, Carmen, but I fear you need music, not contests.
CARMEN: I embraced France as an inn-keeper; I seek something, Earthling-like.
AMLAN: Practice losing, at billiards, and you'll make the Selfie-choice.
CARMEN: Selfie-like (fair).

Satan (Amlan) didn't know what to tell Carmen (really!). He did sense she was unusual. He did sense she craved something of a non-pattern for French-life. He did decided to gift her some absinthe for a Saturday's Eve unwind for the flesh-and-bones (sure). Was Carmen simply upset...or was she seeking some consciousness-expansion for life in Europe (for the Ego)?

BROTHER: Your 1-year was good for French toast, Carmen.
CARMEN: I transformed my flesh-and-bone, brother.
BROTHER: You were upset.
CARMEN: I needed a lyric; and I think I found something.
BROTHER: Did you beat this Mr. Satan at his own game?
CARMEN: No, but I did win one against another man (sure).
BROTHER: Think of your memory of this man (then) as ghost-like.
CARMEN: Good...restorations of chalk.
