The hideous Mumm-Ra took the time-portal trip to land into 20th-Century Earth-world and challenged the developing media/consumerism 'culture' of capitalist civilization, which is why we found the heroic Voltron lion-force of space-warrior defender heroes of democracy and kingdoms-defense chasing them there in this universe of known anarchy (for good fiction!).

Voltron lion warrior humanoids, in lion-robotics vehicles that combined into a mighty super-robot to defy the wickedness of varied gargoyles and leviathan-creatures of bad-message (like Mumm-Ra!), decided this Earth capitalism 'examination' for shields against the likes of the nihilist Mumm-Ra would invoke special qualifications for the machinery of war-IQ (for the Ego!).

MUMM-RA: I want this capitalist regimen to be document for absolute math!
VOLTRON: This is cruel and unusual, man; it invokes human fears of pyramids.
MUMM-RA: I'm not a man, and I like mummification for celebrity transcendence.
VOLTRON: You're an immortality seeker, evil one; you mustn't expect too much.
MUMM-RA: I demand these ant-like human beings create a memory-absolute.
VOLTRON: For medicine of capitalism's natural vanities, evil one?
MUMM-RA: Why not St. Elsewhere?
VOLTRON: Well, that program for American Homeland IQ is (all) socialization.
MUMM-RA: Right thing for controls in ambitions reflection for quiet worship.
VOLTRON: You mean to use such a beam to make mind-controls laughter!
MUMM-RA: You guessed it; and I shan't leave this planet/time without argument.
VOLTRON: Here's the logistics, evil one; St. Elsewhere is personals-qualia.
MUMM-RA: Damn (good for nets-threats), eh?

Well, the Voltron logic-armed defenders of 20th-Century Earth culture expelled the presence/language of the nihilist Mumm-Ra and before they too returned to their own time/place, they conferred with champagne with an Earth nerdist of media-languages for controls in socialization for administrations of culture value and lifestyle-bureaucracy (e.g., St. Elsewhere), a Bostonian Royal Farms executive named Amlan Satan.
